Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fursan Al-Amn Security Company website and the Client & Guard digital portal. By using either, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the website or portal.

1. Description of Service

The Company provides integrated security services (guarding, event security, a monitoring & control center) backed by a digital portal that lets clients track their secured sites and lets guards track their shifts and performance, within each account's granted permissions.

2. Client & Guard Portal Accounts

  • The registration details you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials (email and password) confidential; we strongly recommend enabling the two-factor authentication available in your security settings.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accounts are granted per role (client or guard) and must not be shared between more than one person.

3. Acceptable Use

While using the website or portal, you must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
  • Use the website or portal in any way that could disrupt or compromise their security (such as intrusion attempts or denial-of-service attacks).
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or provide misleading information when registering or submitting a consultation request.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on the website and portal — including the logo, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to Fursan Al-Amn Security Company, and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the website and portal continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to periodic maintenance or technical circumstances beyond our control. A temporary outage of the digital portal does not constitute a breach of the Company's core contractual obligations regarding field security services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or digital portal, without prejudice to the Company's full contractual liability for the quality and delivery of its field security services under the client service agreement.

7. Termination of Access

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the digital portal in the event of a breach of these terms, or upon the end of the contractual relationship between you and the Company.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless otherwise expressly agreed in a signed service contract.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page along with its last-updated date, and your continued use of the website or portal after posting constitutes acceptance of the update.
